Close to Can Elisa is Castell de Castells, a small village with about 400 inhabitants. A visit from the village and the surrounding area is worthwhile.<\/p>\n

High above the village you will find the remains of a Moorish castle “Castillo de Castell de Castells”. The route to the castle is already an experience in itself. The road to the castle is a gravel road that is reasonably maintained. This makes the road accessible to normal (2 wheel-drive) cars. You can also choose to walk the entire route. The last part of the tour is a walk of 30 minutes and is suitable for hikers of all levels.<\/p>\n

Once upstairs, you can enjoy the view. In the distance the Mediterranean, the lake of Guadelest and numerous small villages.

Een bezoek van het dorpje en de omgeving is de moeite waard.\r\n\r\nHoog boven het dorpje vind je de overblijfselen van een Moors kasteel \u201cCastillo de Castell de Castells\u201d. De route naar het kasteel is al een beleving op zich. De weg naar het kasteel is een gravelweg die redelijk onderhouden wordt. Daarmee is de weg begaanbaar voor normale (2 wheel-drive) auto\u2019s. Je kan er natuurlijk ook voor kiezen om de gehele route te wandelen. Het laatste stuk van de tocht is een wandeling van 30 minuten en is geschikt voor wandelaars van elk niveau.\r\n\r\nEenmaal boven is het genieten geblazen van het uitzicht.
